I was trying to put a photo up from photo bucket but when it came up it only showed ha lf the photo so I tried to edit it and went back to photo bucket to check the settings for sizing that I have set up to be 800 wide for down loading to forums but it still came up only half the photo so I clicked on the image things just above where I am typing in to to see if that was the problem but gave up as a bad job , then 5 mins latter I was checking my Email and there was this email from servimg who ever they are and can only think that it was instigated from this site as that was where I was when this Email was sent

Hey Eddie! The email is automatic after your first login. Just a welcome!
It looks as though 800 wide might be a bit too much. I dumbed one of mine down to 600 or so and it published OK. I just tested it once or twice before posting...

Hi guys, I,ve set up a gallery now which all members can post on, let me know if that's a better option, if you post into a topic 600 pixels width is a good choice, hope that helps.

When I went back the ones I thought wee all right at 800 were not , so yes 600 is the max as at 700 it chops some of , now I am not up on this tech stuff but on my screen there is 2to 3 cm at both sides if the site was widened out to full size would we be able to use the 800 that others use ?? or is that too simples

But there is a question Rich may be able to answer...and shows my techno-ignorance...is there a problem with posting piccies via tablet?is it resolvable or can't be done?

Hi lads, not sure, I know if you click the button top right on iPad then select classic view, it's a start, I'll try posting a pick from iPad now.
