I am so behind with my photo stuff just don't know where the time goes to , but here is a sample of our resent trip up to yonder Jock Scotch Land , we had a great time and could so easily do another half dozen trips and still have places to go and things to do ,

Did you find that link I sent you a month ago or so? I have internet 'friends' that did the NC500 on their bikes around the same time as you... I can recognize some of the same stopping points. Looks like a great trip. They've taken a page or two out of a similar tourist route on Cape Breton called the 'Cabot Trail'. I'm sure you've seen pictures I've posted over the years of that route. It was actually built to service the out-ports, but developed very quickly into a scenic route around the top of the island. Ranked up in the top motorcycle trips in the world...

I gotta say though... that caravan is pretty appealing the older and stiffer I get!

Neat pics. Recognized a few things there from TV shows if not in person. In-Person-wise, were you in the Glencoe area during the trip. A couple of the scenery pictures look like when I was there, but not 100% sure.

One of my co-workers is at the TT this week, and keeps sending e-mails with pictures... sigh... I'd like to be there right about now.

No we didnt do Glencoe this time it is about ten years since we were up that side , we rented a cotage at Glencoe on the side of the lake remanisent of some one on here's pad beutifull it would be about the kast time the boss was on the back of the Pan , we took the Pan on a trailer on the back of the car as she didnt fancy the long ride up there but did fancy ride outs on nice days up there it worked well on wet days which we were lucky and didnt have many of. We went out in the car and the rest we went on the bike , but all the way up that west side is beautifull , well the tickets for the Souther 100 on the IoM are booked out on Friday evening the 7th of July return on Tuesday morning the 18th we have Scarborough weekend after next and again a week or so after we get back then a couple of weeks at home before a week in Welsh Wales to have another go at taking photos of them fast jets again , and that should take us round to the autum ( or fall as you call it ) its a hard life this retirement game ,

Watching the TT on TV this year made me very nostalgic. Has it really been 7 years since I went last?

Well, hopefully the other events will keep you on the island occasionally. I just love the place and the atmosphere during races there.
