Last race meeting of 2017

The Cadwell Park Side Car bash last weekend was the last race meeting of the year for us it was a good turnout of sidecars not many solos and very poorly run , ended up with lost races on the Saturday and the meeting cut short on the Sunday due to an oil spill that was taking time to clear and was starting to get dark , but the time wasted was pathetic , it was run by the Auto 66 club that run Scarborough and they are as bad there , it is getting to the stage that I am not sure how many of their events I will be going to in 2018 but here are some pics from the sunday

Great pics. That slow-speed "S" turn looks like it would be fun to watch sidecars go through. And vintage sidecars too!

I've never had the opportunity to see the older "more motorcycle-y" sidecars before. Do they run those at the classic manx meeting?

No no side cars at all at the Classic up cock , there is a Classic and Vintage club that have a good turn out of them over here , they put on a good show , the SideCar Bash is getting bigger every year and is not far off being big enough to be a totaly side car based event , I love the chairs but dont know if I would want that ,
