Email from Timbs

Had an email from Timbs the other day he is doing sort of ok he had a good time at the TT has done a big ride out on the DR 650 and has some more planed , then in to get his shoulder sorted in October

Nice to hear somebody is having fun! It would be nice to have a less intrusive way to stay connected to all of the great folks from the TT and FS. But Facebook isn't the thing for me. Maybe if they get their security act together someday, but I'm not expecting much there as the intrusiveness is by design.

Ye know what you mean I am on f,b for the kids and family but it does worry me some times , but if I looked too close at any inter wonder crap I would never do any thing , I much prefer the forums to fb you can follow what people are posting weeks later on fb , half hr after you post some thing it takes hrs to find it if you can at all. Not good

Got a quick note from Timmy a few days ago. He thought I was the one with the lightening problem! Have not heard back from him though after I sent him an update on the world (as I see it). I'm fast approaching official retirement age and I am woefully unprepared. I figure I'll just work until I drop. Pushing a mouse around and watching 3D pictures develop is not really all that taxing. As long as I don't put my shoulder out doing it...
