MV Agusta F3 Empty MV Agusta F3

I missed this when it was on TV... Maybe a little dramatic, but it reminds me of the Harley video done a few years ago for the first Harley V-Rod... That video was sad considering it took them for-ever to get a Harley to feed on water... (cooling).
This Agusta video is the story of the F3. Much more to my liking!

Matter of fact... I must see who the nearest dealer is... Hmmmm....

I don't think it would stand too much of your off roading exploits.

Did you see the one in the TT?  It sounded great, even on TV!  Must have been cool in person...

I would stick with a Triumph Daytona 675R
( 2014 model)

I was listening to a bit on Manx Radio TT and the commentator stopped talking and said "Oh... Here comes the Agusta, let's listen for a minute". Shivers down the spine. Way better than a Ducati!
And Beesa, Triumphs don't come in that red color. Sorry, but just won't do!

Can't say I'd pass on either of them.  To be honest, most bikes are so good these days (particularly sport bikes) that I'd have a tough time choosing (or at least picking the "bad" one I wouldn't have).

My only fear is that the invasion of electronics is going to make them disposable like TV sets and computers are today.

But maybe I'll get a shot at somebody's cheap "throw away"... bounce

Ha! My thoughts exactly on the electronic bits. A brand new BMW puked it's electrics on the Cabot Trail last year in the middle of bloody NO-where! They trailered it back to the local Kawi dealer who phoned the mother-ship Beemer dealer about 6 hours away. They said "Just put it on the digital-plasma-flangestrong-dializer and read the codes"... Yeah, Right.
Only Beemer dealers have such a thing, so trailer it back the 6 hours home. Buddy had it fixed and traded it in on an FJR or something... At one point I was semi-seriously considering a new Multi-Strada because it would really suit my riding style. Then I remembered the Beemer and checked how long it would take me to get an oil filter out here in the boonies... Then I decided I'd probably never use the 3 level power settings and I've never adjusted a suspension setting successfully in my life! My '69 CB450 is probably all I deserve...Wink

Yeah, that was a concern when I made my BMW purchase, as mentioned at that time on the "old" Flying-Sparks.  I decided in favor of giving it a go, but I am definitely wary.

Incidentally, you can buy a portable, third party interface to BMWs (GS-911 Homepage).  It's a small unit that can hook up to most smart phones (or a computer), and the guys provide excellent support (from S. Africa)!

Not cheap, but I bought it to give myself some sense that I could still try and help myself if I got stuck.  Call it a placebo...
