As a non-rider I won't be riding, but a meet-up would be grand and I'm always up for the food element.

Re: TT rideout 2013
That is the car park just before Peel castle, you can also park on the wall after the Castle cafe and there are loads of places Laxey Ramsey Port Erin Brandywell the Bungalow Langnes and the list goes on there are places to get water and empty your wast , it is a great way of doing it we go for three weeks at TT and same at Manx for the last couple of years and it has been the best times we have had in nearly 20 years and wild camp all the time we use the Sulby Claddaughs that you need a permit for , thats free then there is the Moora park at Ramsey that you get a permit from the Town hall for think it was £10 for the year but we parked along the front neer the Swimming pool and you dont need any thing there, Tell you what if you want to send me a OS map and I will mark it up for you with all the places we have used and where to get water and suchlike

I'm up for the rideout, best kept to the same time as before, to avoid confusion (I'm easily confused!)

Re: TT rideout 2013
Back to Aberdeen in July for 2 weeks to see kids then possibly November. Might try for TT 14 trip. Would have liked to do Manx this year as good friend is novice. But looks like that will not happen

Re: TT rideout 2013
sure is hun post it up you have the ad and I will mark it up with a number on each place and attach a note telling you what is relevant to each number just put a note with your map telling me how big a van you have , if it is van conversion or coach built , as there is some places that are a bit narrow and dont want to get you stuck , when were you going over next ? you may have told us but with a memory like mine ?? or is that lack of , ha ha

Re: TT rideout 2013
Will do, though your address seems to have disappeared into the ether. Could you let me have it again, please. Or you could always email it to me (katedotcoullingatgmaildotcom)). I'll certain include the measurements, whilst it's not in John McG's league, I don't call it Mega Bus for nowt.
I'll get the map in the post next week, just about to set off in Mega Bus for a few days over the other side of the Pennines (do I need my passport, do you reckon?).
Decided very reluctantly not to go over the water this year and save up for next year's ferry, as Mega Bus is 7.4 m (24 feet in proper money) long, the Steam Racket want a fortune to bring us over.

Re: TT rideout 2013
I'll be at the grandstand at 11am, friday morning. If nobody turns up, I'll wander down to John's church, or round the paddock.
